wrong mirror selection by default #64

@ngawangtrinley told me that the app was configured with the wrong mirror by default: the Chinese mirror for the English language and the US mirror for the Chinese language. I'm not able to confirm this, but it's certainly worth inspecting.

It is a localization issue. The Tibetan strings pasted are the wrong place.
