etext navigation bug #84

steps to reproduce:

go to https://library.bdrc.io/show/bdr:IE0OPP004308 (in Firefox at least)
open the first volume in the outline and click on "open etext", it leads to https://library.bdrc.io/show/bdr:UTIE0OPP004308_v001?backToEtext=bdr:IE0OPP004308#open-viewer
but it doesn't open the etext viewer...

it seems to be a problem in the data as https://purl.bdrc.io/lib/Chunks?R_RES=bdr%3AUTIE0OPP004308_v001&I_START=0&I_END=10000 doesn't return anything... I'll take a look, I just thought I'd report it there
