Remove obsolete files from installation of v1.0 #148

The shell script files that v0.9 needed to configure and launch audit-tool don't need to be in the v1.0 install:

  1. DEFAULT-BDRC-AT-CONFIG.sh
  2. DEFAULT-BDRC-AT-CONFIG.ps1
  3. audittool.sh
  4. audittool.ps1
  5. audit-tool.policy
  6. audit-tool-config.sh
  7. audit-tool-config.ps1
