calling more cache cleanup #38

When an instance (MW) or scan (W) is saved, in addition to the call to clean the cache of ldspdi, we should also clean the cache of iiifpres and iiif with something along the lines of:

curl -XPOST http://iiif.bdrc.io/cache/clear
curl -XPOST http://iiifpres.bdrc.io/clearcache
