use rotation information from BVM to rotate images in canvas #109

See https://github.com/buda-base/mirador/issues/5 . Unfortunately this will make some manifests fail in some viewers (like Mirador, see https://github.com/ProjectMirador/mirador/issues/2962 . So perhaps it should be behind an option?
