Broken thumbnails in W24829 #92

@eroux all the thumbnails for W24829 are broken. the pages themselves load fine.

it's a rather complex matter, the file cannot be read by the JPEG library we're using: https://github.com/dbmdz/imageio-jnr/issues/189 . Perhaps this is something that could be tested in the asset manager? The library we're using uses some native C libraries so it would be probably too difficult for a general user installation (especially on Windows), but perhaps the Cambridge version can do this check? I'm not sure what's causing this, let's see how the issue I reported developed
