Upload the batches built in #80 to HUL.

Uploaded 200 on 23 June 2020. All but 3 succeeded, and I used the workflow to restart the others (at 1200 6/25/2020)

Status as of 10 VIII 22 (estimate) Tim sent Christina Baksis (Harvard librarian) a few sample BUDA MARC records. She requested changes, unsure if Elie made them. If so, we should start sending bigger pilots over. and then the whole shebang.

Also, these require a new batch builder, so they all should be rebuilt
