Sometimes, works fail repeatedly to be deposited. We need a way to unregister them in the DRS database. Steps required are (not in order)

delete the deposit directories
delete the batch builds
- From the file system
- From the batchBuilds and buildPaths DRS database tables
register the works as available in the Data
