Chunks should also send information about the pages (and lines?), these informations should contain information about all pages and lines associated with the returned chunks (it should be easy enough to retrieve it), but also volume ID corresponding to the volume number indicated in the etext. It's only relevant for "paginated" etexts (there's a special type for that).
