Return image groups synced for a given RID #86

would like a LDS query for multiple volume works - for a given RID return only the image groups / volumes in the work that have been synced

@TBRC-Travis can you see if http://purl.bdrc.io/query/table/AO_listSyncedIGInW?R_RES=bdr:W22084 (replacing the argument with other things, and querying a machine-frienly format) suits your needs? It just looks for non-0 total page number, which is an indication of sync
