(I kind of remember a heated discussion about a big rework of the object type / work type properties but can't find it) As a follow up to https://github.com/buda-base/buda-issues/issues/1 I think we should have a property print method (or maybe impression method? not sure what the correct value is), that could have the following values:
manuscript
blockprint / xylo
lithograph
copper printing plates
modern print (typeset?)
We could probably use a property impression substance, with at least the following:
black ink
red ink
gold leaf
I'm not sure what's the best way to record scans of reproductions, because we want to retain the information that the original was a manuscript or a block print for instance... so maybe having a property reproduction type with the values:
no reproduction (implied default)
mimeograph
scan prints (I'm thinking of the Dragon Kangyur but there are other books in that case)
