RDA props for associating work manifestation w/ Places #117

Here are properties that RDA defines for associating Work manifestations with Places. These would involve some elaboration of :PublishedEvent:

rdam:P30087 "has place of manufacture" "Relates a manifestation to a place associated with the printing, duplicating, casting, etc., of a manifestation in a published form."
rdam:P30088 "has place of publication" "Relates a manifestation to a place associated with the publication, release, or issuing of a manifestation."
rdam:P30089 "has parallel place of distribution" "Relates a manifestation to a place of distribution in a language or script that differs from that recorded in a place of distribution element."
rdam:P30090 "has parallel place of manufacture" "Relates a manifestation to a place of manufacture in a language or script that differs from that recorded in a place of manufacture element."
rdam:P30091 "has parallel place of production" "Relates a manifestation to a place of production in a language or script that differs from that recorded in a place of production element."
rdam:P30092 "has parallel place of publication" "Relates a manifestation to a place of publication in a language or script that differs from that recorded in a place of publication element."

At least the first four are distinctions that should help clarify our modeling. I'm not saying that we import these per se but at least take the inspiration in to consideration.
