The TBRC Manual of Standard Library Procedures 1.0 needs to be added to the ontology as something like adm:catalogingConvention which would be a subproperty of rdfs:comment or perhaps skos:note.
These conventions should be available as tooltips in the Editing UI and in the end-user UI (library.bdrc.io) - or perhaps a separate adm:userHelp property worded for the end-user. They can serve to explain what a particular property is supposed to represent as well as help guide librarians to the intended use of various properties.
This issue was motivated by the observation that we don't have a statement in the Manual of the intended use of the work title type copyrightPageTitle, no matter how obvious it seems.
