We have now accumulated a considerable amount of deprecated content in the ontology and need to establish a process by which we can remove the deprecated elements.
I propose that we use the testrw dataset (or a new dataset if necessary) to test changes in lds-queries and xmltoldmigration and any other affected tools and services.
One component that will be required is a second version of lds-pdi that points to testrw and a separate branch of the owl-schema and lds-queries so that we can perform proper testing - additional ports or maybe it's all done vianginx.
This setup will be useful for to handle future ontology reorgs and so on. Changes such as adding or deleting constants or adding new bits of model shouldn't generally warrant use of this framework.
