incorrect linked data deployment #172

Hi there, unfortunately there is a quite strange bug with the LD deployment of the ontology. When retrieving the non-information URI (http://purl.bdrc.io/ontology/core/) and trying to get the ontology in turtle format it returns a varying amount of triples in a non-deterministic way. So the ontology seems never delivered completely. You can have a look at the crawling status of your ontology here http://archivo.dbpedia.org/info?o=http://purl.bdrc.io/ontology/core/

@xristy can you add a dct:license to the ontology info? (see archivo docs in the Stars section).

This inconsistency in the number of triples is disturbing... I'll report it in the repository of the web service
