Summary:

Added rdf-toolkit.jar, bash script to run it, and a pre-commit hook that can be used to run serialization automatically before commits
Reserialized all Turtle files in the repository using rdf-toolkit

Élie: I decided to do this as a separate PR before the kinship changes to keep things cleaner.
