Remove third party term definitions. Fixes #181. #184

Removed all third-party term definitions from ontology files and moved the terms with their labels to /translations/third_party_labels.ttl so that they can be translated.

Note: There are a couple of terms with additional annotations in the adm namespace which I have left in but commented out, as I'm not sure whether you translate these as well. Ideally they should not be added to third-party terms, so if there is some way to avoid it that would be best.

that looks good thanks! I'm a little busy at the moment with some java debugging in prod (...) but I'll test that soon

Right, sorry, let me do that this week. (I was amused to stumble upon https://github.com/structureddynamics/Bibliographic-Ontology-BIBO/blob/master/bibo.owl this morning, it also adds some properties to foaf properties)
