Holdings are not referenced in the Google Drive document and are (AFAIK) a TLM-specific thing. I think it would be good to clarify how it relates to the bibliographic model: what is the difference between a Holding and an Item?
Also, if Holdings are TLM-specific, I think they could be moved (with all their properties) to a tlm: namespace... wdyt?
