consider using CC vocabulary to describe licenses / rights #81

I just found out that the CC vocabulary was used by wikidata, I think it would be worth considering (although probably not a very high priority)

I've added adm:attributionName and adm:attributionURL for marking the metadata about an :Entity resource.

I've added :attributionName, :attributionURL for marking :TextualEntityResources

These are marked as owl:sameAs https://creativecommons.org/ns#attributionName and https://creativecommons.org/ns#attributionURL
