handle RIS export #511

there's now an RIS export, for instance:

it has two arguments: the qname of the entity and the language (latn in that example), which has the same values as the ones in the json for citation (bo, zh, latn, en). This doesn't depend on the style. The RIS export is useful to be able to import the thing in Zotero (and other things). We should have a button "Export a RIS file (for EndNote, ProCite, Reference Manager, Zotero, Mendeley, etc.)` in the popup of citation.

Note that it requires a little tweak in the unAPI thing, as the IDs that should be in the code now should have the UI language in them, such as http://ldspdi.bdrc.io/UNAPI?id=bdr:MW22084_0044-31@en (the @en at the end).

related to https://github.com/buda-base/public-digital-library/issues/498

Edit: an important thing is to map en to latn in the unAPI IDs
