have an actual Wylie / Unicode switch in etext viewer

Currently the way to change the display in the etext viewer is to change the language through the button at the bottom:

but some users are confused since English / Tibetan is not really an indication of a change in the transliteration... perhaps we could just have a switch and keep the value in localstorage?

BTW all the etexts are in bo/bo-x-ewts I guess nothing in chinese? yet?

excellent, thanks! Nothing in Chinese no... but we wouldn't have a transliteration switch for Chinese anyway. Can you deploy in production? (CC @TBRC-pmench FYI, it could be worth updating the user guide?)
