In late November we need to put up a banner soliciting donations

As in previous years on tbrc.org, this holiday season we will want to put up a banner on the library site that solicits donations to the seasonal fundraising campaign. This is an early notification to give you time to work out the logistics of it. I like the banner on Treasury of Lives. It has a donate button and an X for clearing the banner. We'll probably want to include a graphic of some kind. Thanks.

This looks fantastic! Thanks Nicholas, we haven't met yet but I'm the new Director of Development and Comms, pleased to meet you here!

A couple of questions:

1. If we are going to include Tibetan and Chinese does it need to be on the same popup, or can there be different popups for the different viewing languages? If it's all one popup we need to reduce the text.

2. Can we set it so that the dismissed popup returns after 24 hours rather than 10 seconds? So a user won't be bugged throughout a session, but will see it again if they come back the next day.

3. Great idea to make it appear once a month during the rest of the year. We don't want it up year round, but popping up once a month (minus "this holiday season") would be excellent. @JannTibetan what do you think of this, and of the text - too long or OK as is?
