integrating feedbucket

requested changes to the current integration:

• [x] feedback should not be publicly visible by default

note that it's not a config option but rather a "bruteforce" js+css hack (thread waking up every 150ms)

but according to an unanswered so far email to support, Feedback is not supposed to show everything, only the user's interactions (not sure if it's a configuration option I've missed or a bug in the app though :sweat_smile: )

added an icon to toggle Feedbucket toolbar: (had to move icon when in viewer or etext because of other elements)

not checked on mobile yet might need some minor fixes
