Simplify search results (from test) #948

Remove notes and publisher in normal search results. Show only if there are highlights.
Keep the two fields in the advanced search.
Replace "In:" by "In Collection:"
Replace "By:" by "Author:"
The English title is specified in another ticket.

Very sorry, but I have to take back one part of this ticket. We should keep the Notes in English when the UI language is EN. The summary_en field seems consistently good and clear.
