migration of dimensions of NLM records #62

The NLM records contain dimensions without unit, we should migrate it but we must be clear on the unit that's used in the records first. @karmagongde do you know what unit is used in the dimensions field of the NLM records? is it cm or in?

The dimensions measured in NLM records are inches.
