Timezone issue with GCal Sync #3

There is a synchronization problem with GCal, in that tasks are recorded at
GMT, rather than the user's specified timezone offset (e.g. GMT+6).

XML feed to GCal assumed GMT+01:00, so fixed it so that it uses the users PC 
settings
for timezone.
