As said in the title. Please provide ARM64 linux builds in CI and releases.

Usecases: Nintendo Switch L4T Linux Distros, ChromeOS ARM64 Crostini, Raspberry Pi, Asahi Linux, and the multitude of other ARM64 Linux devices.
