The database needs to be refactored.

Consider to prepend all databases with cbweb. This would help the structure of the database, and could be enforced in the install script.

Postfix: We need solve the issue with Alias before implementing the backend + full mail support. Also consider how to tell which domains can be handled at some site (eg. in setup xml file)

TODO:

Move Mail* tables to each site-db
Create views that reflect alias, mailbox, domains etc. for small queries in postfix + courier and procedures for easy generation
Create table that contains dbname -> domain mappings.
Create trigger that, when table is updated, creates new views (using procedures + prepared statements)
Make it possible to add domains to site (only as "admin") by providing password on runtime.
