[REQ] Ability to change number of frames used by all keyframes. #852

Or perhaps add a scaling value ? Often make anim at 100 frames a keyframe to test. Then want to scale frames per keyframe for 60 fps or whatever. Changing every keyframes value is the kind of work Im sure we had computers for? :)

I will add scaling value. It is a good idea.
