Primitive enhancements #894

a) Would be there a chance to select primitives by mouse and/or the possibility to move, rotate or scale? certain of the new light control functions could be adopted to primitives

b) duplicate

c) The ability to Name the various primitives would be useful. editable external name like with materials. (was issue #881)

d) more grouping capabilities (more than 1 group)

e) some primitives need repeat controls ie rectangle

f)https://www.facebook.com/groups/mandelbulber/posts/4366151683442964/ so control number of repeats in each plane thinking enable a group checkbox to access these controls probably complete controls like box tiling v2 (was issue #861)

g) more transforms for primitives e.g a polyfold used to make more complex shapes from a basic primitive
