Rebuild flatpak against latest KDE runtime #912

The current package depends on runtime/org.kde.Platform/x86_64/5.15. All other apps use the newer runtime/org.kde.Platform/x86_64/5.15-21.08.

kevinsmia1939, would you be the right assignee for this?

I don't maintain flatpak with Mandelbulber. I maintain AppImage which is very similar solution to Flatpak. You can download it from https://github.com/buddhi1980/mandelbulber2/releases I have no idea who is responsible for flatpak.
