Add support for mp3? #924

Greetings, It's a decent amount of work to enable libsndfile NuGet with mp3 support. Any opinions on whether it is worth it or not?

I will be worth to do, but maybe not now. Let's check first of all mainstream operating system already works well will this new version of the library. I see that it is already available for MacOS (homebrew). In Debian there is still version 1.0.31. Probably t would be possible to build it form source. I will check it next week. After that I will update Mandelbulber source code to work with it (maybe no changes needed).
