I will merge it by the end of next week. I would like to incorporate these changes after version 2.28 will be released. This would delay releasing new version, which is almost ready

First observation: new scripts doesn't create -Setup.exe. Would be nice to have it again.

@pancoaster The program works very well. I have also tested loading of MP3, OGG files and saving TIFF and EXR images and no issues found. Great work. If you add building Setup.exe then will be perfect.
