2.32-dev New sub menu stops windows expanding and sliding #958

Trying out the dev version. I can no longer fully slide the 'Objects' pane (LHS) or the 'Navigation' pane (RHS) to the center. There is a new sub menu that is unfinished with Multi, Rot, Rol, RotA, Move and Grid on it.

Of course this is a dev and it's obviously unfinished :)

I have changed me setup so not sure why this sub menu is now there?

get the same on latest pull

I need to move some of these option to the different place and make buttons smaller. They are too wide.
