Have t differentiate circular letter from circular.

Circular need a circular number

Yes, Circulars WILL have a number. So store them differently but include them both in the search

Dear Manjula Malli, Mr. Pasan from NHDT already has completed the task. What he did was to add a boolean field called circularLetter and add them when entering data. So circulars and circularLetters are infact in the same table and differentiate from the boolean field. Searching will be easy and all the functionality will be easier in that way. Hope you are ok with that. If you still want them to be stored differently, I can reassign the task. Please let us know.
