Text formatting for Email Tokens #1722

Describe the bug Text formatting for email token not reflecting. Replicated on dev site

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a forum
  2. Have a user subscribed
  3. Create a discussion with formatting (bold, italic, underlined)
  4. Check email, text formatting for email token {{{discussion.content}}} , {{{reply.content}}} not working

Expected behavior Display formatting as posted on the site

Same issues like single line text & Formatting of email when users post on Groups Feed {{{ message }}} By default there is no such functionality for group activity email update but use plugin, will add extra email templates in BuddyBoss > Emails list, related to group. https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-group-email-subscription/wiki#3-i-upgraded-to-v370-and-foreign-characters-look-incorrect-in-my-email-why
