fix the table of contents in the sidebar and scrolling offset #25

It used to have a nice scrolling effect to the right offset and the "selected" element in the table of contents was matching the viewed content nicely. After getting the new style from Jan this no longer happens, see what's changed and get it back.

I've been investigating, I still have no idea why is this happening now - apparently nothing has changed but I can only think this problem is due to something at the buddycloud-style.ccs file.

Finally managed to fix that. It seems that if html and body don't have "height:100%;", the sidebar gets all messy.
