Page footer #26

Hi @guilhermesgb we really need a footer that behaves something list this one: http://getbootstrap.com/examples/sticky-footer-navbar/

We will need it for the non-homepage pages.

Nice, will work on that as soon as I get the table of contents fixed in the pages we already have it and place it also in the other pages that request it (features and architecture).

I've finished fixing issues with the table of contents. Now I just added a small simple footer to all pages but the homepage.

@imaginator Should the footer have fixed positioning (be always on the bottom of the viewport)?

Yes - fixed bottom seems sensible: http://getbootstrap.com/components/#navbar-fixed-bottom
