Document search #81

There are two types of search:

Inside the local domain: https://github.com/buddycloud/buddycloud-server-java/pull/79 the "wide area" search: https://github.com/buddycloud/channel-directory/blob/master/README.md#search-channel-metadata

We should make sure we document both of these.
