could you please add LICENSE/COPYING file with license(s) #83

First all of thanks for sharing source content for your website on github. I thought to use it as a skeleton for a new (much smaller) website, but ATM can't since no license was explicitly stated for the content :-/ Would you be so kind to "officially" release content under some license allowing free reuse so I could also properly acknowledge the source? (eg CC BY-SA)

All buddycloud content is apache 2.0 so you are ok to use. I'm sure @imaginator will upload a proper licence for the repo asap.
