Embed.ly returning after post #260

If I post a URL as a new topic and immediately hit enter then my post gets made with the preview of the URL underneath. However it would seem that the response from embed.ly doesn't quite get there before I hit post meaning I now have a preview linked to an empty post. See screenshot.
