rtmedia plugin support

rtmedia plugin is better for surface theme. reasons:

• optimalization for mobile resolutions
• better upload button and better look
• support for groups and profiles
• albums for groups and profiles
• etc. etc. .......

I am still working on Centro and need to go back to Surface to bug test again and re-organise the theme a little bit.

When these things have been completed I will consider which other plugins to support.
