Comment on single media

Hi, I can write a comment for the photos, but when I get back on the photo it may not appear.

Hi, Thank you for posting. Is it happening in the lightbox? At the moment, the lightbox is not persisting comment to dom, so when you move back to it, the older comment becomes invisible. If you reload page, The comment are back though.

We are working on it as it does not feel intuitive for the users and create bad experience.

hi, Thank yoy for response :) Yes it happening in the lightbox, but also deactivating the comment is not visible and not writable

That's strange. The comment should never be lost. Can you please click on image and go to the single media page and see if it appears there?

Hi, Thank you. I see that(It happens when you upload images, click on it add comment, move to next image and come back)

When you reload the page and click on image, the comment must be there. Also, when you click on the image in the lightbox(It should take you to single image page). The comment should be there too.

We are aware of the first issue( Not persisiting comment in the same session of lightbox if navigating away) and working on it. I am just trying to confirm that it is not any other issue. Your images show the first issue. Can you please check the above and see if comments appear?

the comments non apperar in any condition...i enabled it in settings -> theme and the stream activity in buddypress is enabled.
