[Migrate]: Configure BuddyPress for Multisite

What needs to be done?

Screenshots are out of date. What differs from regular configs is that some BP Features can be customized from Network Admin instead of a site Admin (only if BuddyPress is network activated).

I believe there should only be one Configure BuddyPress GH help page and use a sub section of this page to explain differences when BuddyPress is network activated.

• [ ] The PR has been converted to a SVN patch and committed to the BuddyPress SVN repository & the task was moved to the "Done" panel of the Documentation project.

After another thought about it, we just need to edit this page https://github.com/buddypress/buddypress/tree/master/docs/user/administration/settings to inform where BuddyPress settings are available in a multisite config.
