Use block assets within the theme instead of BuddyPress core #1

I've changed my mind, I believe it will be more convenient to work on BP Theme Blocks from this theme than from BuddyPress. I've updated https://github.com/buddypress/buddypress/pull/104 accordingly.

PS: End goal is still to have this theme blocks inside BuddyPress Core.
