Bring Cover Image support #43

The cover image support is a BP Legacy only feature. So we need to add support for it from our template pack.

@hnla This means you'll probably need to adapt the inline style, once i've added this support :)

I'll take a look at both aspects, styles and markup. We'll also need to think about whether now we have freedom to do what we like if there are cleaner or better means of implementing the cover images?
