In a similar manner to the group and user single screens this enhancement adds customiser controls and user selection to set the dir navigation as vertical running to the left (or right - rtl ) of the content area.
This requires customizer controls updating and addition of new set of dynamic classes to allow styles to be hooked also the template index.php will need updating for wrapper divs to allow the re-positioning.
