This is a major package update bringing it to the latest best practices in testing, PHPCS, etc.

Brings the package in line with the current WP CLI package standards
Adds PSR-4 support
Abstracted how we are checking for the component to clean up a bit
Behat tests are all passing.
Uses PHPCS from the wp-cli-tests package
Support to PHP 5.6 instead of 5.4
Improving documentation
New command bp group meta - See #78

Just noticed the BuddyPress plugin uses a tag instead of the master/trunk. So it is safe to merge. So any review or feedback can be raised later on issues or with PR requests. :)
