Feature Request:GB Kiss Support using the Analogue Pocket's IR port

GB Kiss, was an IR communication method built into the cartridge of some Hudson developed gameboy games. Before it's availability on the gameboy color. It seems like this might be implementable using the analogue pocket's IR port. These cartridges used the IR to communicate with each other or leveraged TV remotes to trigger some in game action.

Specifically, the HuC-1 and HuC-3 mappers

Some games like Robopon and Nectaris GB would greatly benefit from having this.

Being able to also perhaps use the hardware of another GB Kiss cart than the currently loaded ROM would also be helpful. Sort of how camera support is being discussed in https://github.com/budude2/openfpga-GBC/issues/4
