Incompatible with MantisBT 1.2 #10

Guten Abend! Thanks for writing this plugin. This is perhaps more of a work around than a bug report, but I wanted to let you know about an issue I ran into when installing onto MantisBT 1.2.19:

After unzipping the correct folder to my plugins folder, I see an "outdated dependencies" error when trying to "install" the plugin: image

I proposed a fix in pull request #9.

Lastly, the optional "highlightcode" plugin is no longer being developed, and replaced by the BBCodePlus plugin, which supports syntax highlighting and some markup tags. BBCodePlus performs markup with jQuery client-side instead of rendering HTML serverside, and doesn't handle true markdown syntax.

Have you test the pull request also with MantisBT 1.3.0?
